Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients prefer to provide entry instructions and return to a freshly cleaned space. We’ll coordinate securely and respectfully — with full transparency and communication.
Are you insured?
Yes. Glanzwerk Cleaning is fully insured for residential and commercial work. We treat every property with care, and you're protected at all times.
How do I book a cleaning or request a quote?
You can use our Contact Page or [Get a Quote] button to tell us about your needs. Soon, our AI-powered quote system will let you estimate pricing and choose available dates instantly.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things happen. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Last-minute cancellations (under 24h) may incur a small fee.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive with professional-grade tools, eco-friendly products (on request), and everything needed to clean your space properly. You don’t need to provide anything unless you have a preferred product.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on:
- Property size (bedrooms, bathrooms, levels)
- Type of cleaning (deep, move-out, office)
- Urgency (last-minute jobs include a rush fee)
