By booking a service with Glanzwerk Cleaning LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear expectations, mutual respect, and a high-quality service experience.

 
1. Services Provided

Glanzwerk Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial deep cleaning services. These include, but are not limited to:

Deep home and office cleaning
Last-minute or urgent cleaning (24–48 hour response)
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Eco-friendly cleaning upon request
Scheduled commercial maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
 
2. Service Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the size, layout, and condition of the property as described by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or scope of the space differs from the original description.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment.

Late payments may result in a late fee or refusal of future bookings.

 
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a $40 fee.

 
5. Access to the Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the property on the day of service.
If the team cannot access the space, a service fee may still apply to cover lost time and travel.

 
6. Insurance and Liability

Glanzwerk Cleaning LLC is fully insured.
However, we are not liable for damage caused by:

Pre-existing conditions (e.g. loose fixtures, cracked glass)
Improperly installed appliances or furniture
Items not secured or disclosed prior to service
Clients are asked to notify us of fragile or high-value items in advance.

 
7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a re-clean or partial refund, depending on the situation.

 
8. Safety and Health Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations that present health or safety hazards, including the presence of biohazardous materials, insects, or unsafe working conditions.

 
9. Use of Website and Booking Tools

Use of our website and online quote forms is subject to fair and lawful use.
Misuse of the booking process or submission of false information may result in blocked access or denied service.

 
10. Policy Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without notice.
